Reliability Workbench is a tool based on reliability engineering used to evaluate and analyze reliability and safety assessments related to functional safety, as well as maintenance content for equipment. It has been adopted by many companies both domestically and internationally as a tool for evaluating the reliability and safety of devices required by functional safety standards such as IEC61508 and ISO26262, with over 14,000 installations worldwide. Reliability Workbench is composed of modules for each function, addressing safety requirements such as those in ISO26262.
